When we interviewed Richard the last year, it was obvious that the name was going to be one big thing in the fashion industry. And here he is again with this promising event – Miss & Mrs. Kerala, 2019
We are back with you with your new event… Is that the success of the last event KFF the motivation to launch the upcoming event Miss & Mrs. Kerala ?
Kerala Fashion Festival 2018 was a grand success having 10 prominent designers showcasing their amazing collections. We had 80 models Male, Female & Kids both experienced and new face. Celebrity Showstoppers and Grand Finale collections by Dig Vijay Singh signed off the show in a first of its kind fashion event. That brings us here with our second edition having KFF Miss & Mrs Kerala 2019 Pageant as concept show.
What is Miss & Mrs. Kerala all about ?
Kerala Fashion Festival Miss & Mrs Kerala 2019 is an exclusive pageant opening opportunities to a new outlook to fashion. We are happy to have our Brand Models Ms Simimol Raijo from Dubai, Ms Josephine Raj from Australia, Ms Eustine Thomas, India & Miss Brand Model Aachal Choudary. KFF believes in giving a platform to all and as part of the Women Empowerment showcasing talents from different work profiles we are happy to introduce Dr Princy Sandeep who has been a part of few pageants and carries herself as an confident personality a dental surgeon by profession as our Brand Ikon. We believe this will be an eye openener to many that ones profession or status doesn’t stop them from dreaming or coming forward to thr world of Fashion.
The show will be held at Trivandrum during the month of September and will have 24 contestant in whole both Miss & Mrs Category. There will be 4 rounds in total starting from Introduction, Talent, Costume & Question Answer rounds.
We have our Internationally Renowned Fashion Show Director Mr Jude Felix as our pageant show director. The grooming for the pageant will be for a day which includes photoshoot and a session on Modelling as a Profession and the Opportunities.
What are the highlights of the event ?
Thats too early to answer as for the previous event we had few surprise elements but to say we will be having Entertainments giving opportunity to talented youngsters from colleges making the event filled with a lot of energy.
Whats the theme of the event ?
As the name says Kerala Fashion Festival we believe in the emotions and values of our State. We themed it as Angels Of Gods Own Country.
Being into the industry for a long time share us about your experience in the industry ?
I have been into the event business for 12 years with many products like Little Miss & Mr Munchkin, Kerala Fashion Festival, My Wildlife Club being our In-House Projects. If you look at out work areas. We are open to opportunities from kids to adults Age 4 to 55. The whole idea of fashion is cause the glamour it holds. I must say everyone looks at being famous and achieving something in life..The easiest way is to join events that we organise and get their dream come true within a short period of time. We are glad that even though there are hardships organising such events since its competitive. We are sure we are on the right track over coming all obstacles.
Our vendors have always been our backbone for the successful completion of each event having running shows without sponsors have always been a challenge that we have faced and thats been amazingly supported truly by our vendors.
Fashion the word itself is filled with passion and glamour..The truth is that the amount of energy and troubles an organiser faces is seriously a must looked into factor. Lately we had Cancelled our show Little Miss & Mr Munchkin Sri Lanka International 2019 which was supposed to be held in the month of May. The refunds for the event has still not been iniated which is a fact that we cannot deny and same as been communicated to all our clients on why the delay happens. We do have ups and downs in business. We are sometimes able to convince clients on the same. Some people do understand the intention of our shows and some just go posting negative comments about the conpanies credibility. They have to understand that as a company providing opportunity to all these errors happen and it will be soon rectified. As we have stepped into our new domain fashion there are chances that man made or natural disasters do happen and We are still in the game. We always look forward for well wishers and associates to make our intentions come true.
Many girls and their families are still skeptical about the safety in the industry. But you are making it a safe place for the girls to enter the fashion industry – are we right ?
Thats always a concern when it comes to youngsters and parents. We have been successful in being a change of the fear factor that revolves around in the Fashion Industry. There are many shows happening with various intentions. But we do make it clear when it involves women and teenagers. Being transparent on what we provide and whats expected out of each individual. Our job is almost done. We encourage parents to accompany their dear ones for our shows making it a complete family entertainer.
We welcome freshers and experienced models to experience fashion filled with values and never compromising on ones self respect and dignity. In that way we are on the race of building a community filled with amazing Individuals.
Women have always been taken advantage in the name of Fashion. We strictly do not encourage any unethical activities in our shows. Opportunity never has conditions. Its a persons courage to stand their grounds in such situations. We believe in what we do and follow our traditions and values as well.
Having done a show all alone.. Are you thinking of associates for the upcoming show?
Yes, This time its not a one man show as said before opportunities come in time if the path and intentions are right. We do need strong pillars as we march forward TACTIC EVENTS are happy to have our Associate Marketing Partner as Potatos, a small brief about their team and domain.
