It is a full fledged, attractive ‘destination’ for tourists from Manali and elsewhere. The main attraction for tourist at Rohtang pass is snow and the scenic beauty of the area and the mesmerizing view of the Himalayas. It’s said that a trip to KuluManali is not complete unless you visit Rohtang Pass so we were desperate to get there. We tried to get the pass a few times but were not successful. Some facts about Rothangpass ; -Rs550 per vehicle to enter the pass. -Booking starts two days prior and the website opnes at 12Noon to 5PM (does it remind you of the scary irctc tatkal bookings) -400 Diesel vehicles and 800 petrol vehicles
